Cancellation Policy for Zoe Luxury Villa
- Rescheduling Policy
- Guests who have booked through zoeluxuryvilla.com can reschedule their reservation once, provided the request is made at least 90 days before the scheduled arrival.
- To reschedule, guests must contact us at reservations@zoeluxuryvilla.com.
- If the rates for the new dates are higher, guests are required to pay the difference in price. No refunds will be given if the rates are lower.
- No Free Cancellation or Refunds
- Please note that we do not offer free cancellations or refunds. All bookings are final.
- No-Show Policy
- In the case of a no-show, guests will not receive any refund, and the full amount of the booking will be charged.
- Modification Policy
- Modifications to bookings (e.g., change of dates) are allowed once, up to 90 days before the arrival. After this period, no changes will be accepted.
